OUR RETURNS POLICY AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us for refund or exchange within 28 days. The item must be unused, it its original packaging, and in a fully re-sellable condition. 

Postage and carriage warranty for the return will be at your cost but we will cover the same costs for sending you back your exchange item.

If you are returning items after the initial 28 days we will offer an exchange item or a gift card to the value of the product. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for body piercing products. These include earrings, studs, belly bars, nose rings and nose studs for example. 

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. 


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you would like to return an item you will find our address at the top of this page and on the front of the envelope we sent (if it was originally an online order). Please include a copy of your order confirmation if you ordered online, or your till receipt if you bought your item in one of our shops - if you still have it. If you don't still have it then please print off a copy of the purchase details (date and amount) from your bank statement. All we do with this information is use it to find your original purchase.  You do not need to include any personal or sensitive information. If you paid by cash or received your item as a gift then please just write as much information as you are able to give and we'll try and sort things out as best we can.

For all returns you must get proof of postage and if the value is significant then you must ensure you have sufficient insurance from your carrier.  


HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE? 

We endeavour to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods that have sufficient information included that enables us to find the original purchase. If there is no information or the items are no longer in a saleable condition we cannot issue a refund. If everything is in order then the please allow 14 days for the card account credit to clear. We have no control over how long your bank takes to credit your account. However, if you have paid using our PayPal gateway you should find that PayPal will refund the money within a short number of hours.

We do not offer cash refunds by post. For cash refunds I'm afraid you or your nominated person will have to come to one of our shops.
